We start working
 
1.
Open a new transparent image of 1000 x 600 pixels.
In the material palette, configure the new gradient of light style in the foreground.
 
 
Fill with the foreground gradient.
 
Layers / New Raster Layer.
 
 
Fill with the foreground gradient.
View / Rulers.


Activate the Pick Tool   ( K ) and pull the layer to the left at 100 px horizontal.
