Activate the Raster 1 Layer

Sapphire Filters – SapphirePlugin_1255 : Default
Effects – Edge Effects – Enhance

Effects – Texture Effects – Weave
 
Effects -User Defined Filter – Emboss3
 
Activate the Copy of Raster 1 Layer.
